Refund Policy
Last updated October 2026.
Before work starts
Work begins only after you approve a written scope. If you cancel before that, there is nothing to refund.
If something is not right
Tell Clearpath Draft Chimney Inspection & Service as soon as possible. We will look at the issue and agree a fair fix with you in writing.
Tell us the town and what you see.
We call back to set a time.
